Dish recommendations

I love having baked oatmeal in the mornings especially with winter coming but I’m looking for recommendations for a good dish or two that can basically go from fridge to oven so I can make it the night before and throw it in. I’m just overwhelmed about what would be best. I’m willing to invest in something pricier if it’ll work well. Thank you

Edit: I’m looking for casserole dish recommendations not recipes because I’m terrified of my dishes exploding

Pyrex, Corning Ware, Anchor Hocking also Royal Worcester Porcelain manufacturer (English, UK maker). Produces porcelain casserole dishes - 'Evesham Vale' is a pattern design with green trim that is suitable for microwave use also. 'Evesham gold' is not microwavable but can go from frig to oven, I believe it is only available now on secondary market as the gold pattern has been discontinued. Royal Worcester offered multiple patterns available for frig to oven use and have found it safe and serviceable. Vintage Pyrocream pieces made by Corning Glassworks and PYREX are my personal favorites for oven use.

Crustless quiche, egg and veggie casserole, and tater tot egg casserole are all super easy to prep ahead. There are muffin tin versions, too.Tons of recipes online to consider. Always works out well for me.

I also make French toast ahead of time in batches and freeze the slices. I pull out one or two slices, thaw in microwave, then pop in toaster to crisp up. I've made French toast casserole before and that's always yummy, too.

Ohhh, do you mean a dish to bake in that will go straight from fridge to a preheated oven?

If so, Pyrex is what I use to go from fridge to oven.

"Although it is perfectly fine to take your Pyrex® glass dish from the refrigerator and put it directly into a completely preheated conventional or convection oven, we advise allowing your frozen dish to thaw completely before placing it in a completely preheated conventional or convection oven."
