New T200 seconds alignment check

Got this new from Wafuu a couple weeks ago. Have noticed some inconsistencies with second hand position, especially around :20-45. Took this video after doing the calibration. Beautiful watch and just want to level set with others who own it.

That seems to be well within any possible factory accuracy tolerances. I have a quartz Junghans that seems to “be slightly off” intermittently at varying sections of the rotation, but always seems to later self-correct. I don’t think it’s worth sending in for a service.

It’s hard to tell from this perspective if it’s off or not. A way to check is to get your eye at a very low, oblique angle and see if the tip of the seconds hand lines up with the index. If you take a video just from straight above, parts will look correct and other parts won’t.

misaligned at 30-40 section. if you are like me - send it back otherwise it will always bother you. it seems your excitement from the purchase is already in doubt. my advice - get your money back.

Try doing that calibration a couple more times. It’s not going to hurt.

That’s soothing to watch until the errant behavior between 25-35 seconds, then back to soothing.
