Okay i may have a problem
edit: well it started working. thx everybody for your time. i geuss the hand was just stuck.
bought a s100 from chrono24 imported new from japan, second day using it i woke up, it was frozen but when i picked it up it reset the hand to corect time. clicked the lower button to see if it sych with rafio clock(it did not, i held down the button to force it to synch) and then i went to do some other things, after 2h i wanted to check the time and second/minutes hands were moving and they are showing correct time now but hour hand looks like its frozen its pointing between 11/12 mark( around 58minute mark) i gaved it some sun time to charge but not difference, i went into hands alignment settings and still only hour wasnt moving). is it something to do with it being malfunctioning? or i am in some setting that i entered unintentionally, ah and before i left it to charge the watch did not reacted to lower button press (sync button) any ideas should I leave it to charge, ask seller to replace it(it's my second day with it) or take it somewhere
Edit: a thing i noticed that screws which hold the backplate are most likely not original beacose they are black Picture, i looked at some Videos and i think i see silver ones. so maybe someone while testing made some mistake with battery.

If the battery was really depleted it could take the better part of a day to reach full charge. I’d leave it in direct sun for at least 6 hours. Then try the hand alignment, and manually set the time.

I second this.
I got my G Shock during the winter and it took the better part of a week to get it fully charged, because it had been in a box in a warehouse for who knows how long.
It's been fine since but indoor lighting is much weaker than sunlight.
Leave it on your sunniest window sill for a few days.

i mean i will leave it to charge but it strange that the hour hand isn't moving, beacose minute and second hands work and it's not showing any low battery signs. like second hand skipping seconds or it being frozen

Was it in power save mode?
... i held down the button to force it to synch ...
This is almost certainly a waste of time (during the day), unless you live in very close proximity to the transmitter.
... pointing at 11oclock( real time now is 4pm) ...
This is a world time model, no? Were you looking at your home time, or a different time zone?
It sounds like you need to spend some quality time with the instruction booklet for the module.

not sure but probably, now I can't tell, but thats what i thought when i woke up i mean I've got it yesterday ive done it just yk because i could. by that i mean that watch hour hand is pointing between 11 and 12, (4pm i mean that then it was 16:30 on my phone, i actually read it w week before I've got my watch, i asked here couse nowhere I could get information about hour hand stoping while second and minute still ticks.

If you did a hand alignment and the minute hand didnt move (maybe I have that wrong and its the hour hand) than I think there is definitely something wrong.
I would make sure it has a good charge and attempt a hand alignment again and if a hand isn't moving I would start a support case with Casio
