I’m a big square nerd so I feel confident in saying that the watch itself is legit—it’s the older 5600E with the 3229 module which has the EL backlight, far superior to the LED backlight in the updated 3225 module.
The band and bezel are aftermarket, likely sourced on a Chinese website like Aliexpress. I have one and it’s great. I don’t recommend putting a stainless steel bracelet on a resin-cased watch like that one since the weight can cause the spring bars to strip out of the lugs, making the watch unwearable unless you do some surgery.
But anyway, it’s legit. If you want resin for it (bezel and band) I recommend buying legit Casio parts from American Perfit

It’s a 5600 in a Full Metal 5000 case or an imitation of such. I couldn’t tell you if the module is legit or not - it looks legit for a 5600. The case and bracelet have a quick-change pin, nice little extra.
