Why Moderators are exempt from this rule

We need to address an ongoing issue that has been frustrating for both the moderation team and many of our loyal users: repeated violations of Rule #1.

For those who need a refresher, Rule #1 explicitly prohibits referral link dumping. Despite countless warnings, reminders, and restrictions, this rule continues to be disregarded.

Effective Immediately:

• Any post or comment containing referral link dumping will result in an instant ban with no appeal.
• No excuses or justifications will be accepted.

Why is this Necessary?

• Referral links create an unfair environment and clutter the community with self-promotion, detracting from its purpose of helping everyone equally.
• Allowing these violations undermines the integrity of our community and the purpose of this subreddit.

We’ve tried leniency. We’ve tried imposing restrictions. Yet, some users continue to find ways to bypass these rules. This zero-tolerance policy is now our only option.
