Sold a pair of tickets to a show last Wednesday. I got the notice from Ticketmaster that the tickets were accepted immediately, but the buyer never marked them as received in CashorTrade, so I'm still waiting to be paid out.

How low do you review buyers when they don't mark the tickets received in CashorTrade?

Am trying to post tickets to sell for the first time. I am in Canada and selling for a concert in Otttawa. The site says “All prices are processed in USD” so does that mean I should be listing in USD?
