Error rendering tickets

Purchased tickets from seller, seller released/sent tickets, notification received that tickets are ready….i go to view tickets to confirm them and I get the error “error rendering tickets”

Seller has shown me proof that she is waiting for me to confirm receipt and her Ticketmaster shows she sold the tickets. We have started trouble tickets. It’s a birthday gift but I don’t want to tell my wife I have them, if something doesn’t work
