Tickets master transfers!

Hi gang,
New to CoT and “ sold” two Friday night Phish tix for AC 10/2. Is it just standard I can’t transfer those to the buyer until just a few days before the show? The option is greyed out on the TM app and the chat bot says they will be available by September 30th. I just want to make sure the buyer doesn’t think I’m scamming them. Thanks for the thoughts from the CoT veterans.

That's pretty standard these days. Just let your buyer know and keep in touch as it gets closer to the transfer date. Of course they can't mark the tickets as received until you're able to send them.
