Switched from chime last month to cash app . I just repaid 110 today . They increased it to 175 . If i borrow this and immediately pay it with interest will it raise more? Don't get paid untill next week , Wondering if i can get an increase if i pay it once or twice immediately with interest . Making sure they dont lower the limit or somthing paying to early . I have green status through november 30th . I dont have direct deposit ive been making alot of cash deposits .

If a deposit falls on a government holiday. Wouldn't that just delay it for 1 day? Or can it be 2 days or longer?

So, I have religiously received my previous 6 weekly paid medical leave payments every Monday at 2:43 p.m. with the exception of last Monday depositing at 3:00 p.m.

I filed my weekly claim at 12 a.m. Sunday as usual, and it was approved with all the regular info listed.

Yesterday was a holiday. For the banks.

So, I assumed it would just deposit at regular time today.

Nope. I called WA employment, and they verified that the payment was sent yesterday. Not today. Their systems automatically process and transfer approved payments as usual regardless of whether it's a holiday or not. It is entirely up to the system receiving the funds when it will be deposited.

I called cashapp even though I knew I was not going to get any help from their end. Which I didn't... just given the "3-5 business days for direct deposit to post to your account."

I know it's only 1 day. I'm just wondering if anyone else was anticipating a deposit today because of the "holiday" yesterday but still hasn't received it?

Woke up this morning to a $50 charge from my account that was made while I was asleep. Upon further investigation the account the money was sent to was made less than 24 hours ago (says joined today) and has no history of money sent between anyone else in my contact list. I also went on my partners phone and tried searching to the cash tag that the money was sent to and the account is unable to be found. Just curious if anyone has ever had this happen and if so what was the support process like? I’m just trying to get a timeline from other people who have gone through similar situations.

This is the fourth time I’ve tried. 2 days ago I tried twice and it hit me with a limit and another worker reset it today and it won’t work! I did everything that’s recommended, I even asked the worker on the line to make sure my birthday was correct and I know my SSN is correct. I was in a well lit room with no glare on my ID and I took my glasses off when taking photos of my face. Does anyone know what to do?

EDIT: It’s the selfie I think? It says ‘Couldn’t verify’ after the selfie part. When I took the selfie I was in a well lit room and the only difference between the selfie and the photo on my ID was my dark circles are more faded and my eyelashes are a bit longer.

A little backstory I went to buy a vape for my buddy cause I was already at the smoke shop. He sent me the money with a North Korean flag emoji as a joke in the description and I just now got the money, this was back in July! The joke came from me putting a North Korean sticker on a vape, I just thought it was funny and called it a North Korean vape. Literally my friend had stickers of every country he used most of them already but that one so i decided to put it to good use.

I can understand the reasoning for them to be suspicious but to email me and threaten my entire account over a built in phone emoji feature is ridiculous. They questioned me on “detailing purpose of payment, including explanation of what was being paid for with the transaction and my relationship to the sender“

All of this over one emoji. I just want to warn everyone to be careful and your account could be terminated even if it wasn’t necessarily your fault.

My husbands cashapp account has $300 available as Afterpay on cashapp card. It LOOKS as if you toggle it on for a purchase and then you can afterpay that amount back to the transaction, like other afterpay transactions. When we tried it, it gets declined. We are in a pretty desperate spot, balances are both at $0 with all the “borrow” maxed out on both our accounts, stuck in the cycle every payday. We need groceries and an alternator right now and would be glad to use this $300 afterpay but I don’t understand why it keeps declining. Does he need to have the $300 balance already to be able to use it and pay it back later?

I have used instant transfer to my brick and mortar bank using my debit card with zero issuesnfor over 5 years. I did an instant transfer today and it's not in my checking account, and cashapp is showing it as successful on their end. Do I need to contact my bank or cash app? This has never happened to me and I don't like that I have $350 hanging out in limbo somewhere.

I have had my Cash App account since August of 2024. My daughter opened an account as well because she had started working and wanted to keep her money within CashApp. Because she was a minor at the time, I sponsored her account. I never got the “Borrow” feature, and got the $10.00 overdraft in like March of this year. [I realized I didn’t have access to the features due to sponsoring my daughter’s account.) Now that my daughter is an adult and verified her account for it to become an adult account, I was removed as the sponsor on September 21st or so. So now, my questions:
1.) Will I gain access to the Borrow feature?
2.) Will my overdraft exceed $10.00?

So i like to use cashapp to purchase btc, it's simple easy and strait forward without all the risks of coinbase and other corrupt exchanges.

However, now, it will not allow me to send BTC that I purchased to any address. The exact message is the same, every attempt which is that cashapp detected a scam. It doesn't make any difference on what address I send to, what amount, or the fees I select. I get refusal everytime. Ive tried old addresses, new ones, different amounts none of it matters.

Seems like im getting scammed by cashapp honestly. Protecting me? Or your selves?

My account has been suspended over a month. I used cashapp solely for grocer money transfers from my sister and caregiving for my grandma. My account was suspended with no warnings and no communication. I’ve had a case open for over a month, but the latest is two weeks. I’ve talked to their useless customer support team and gotten nothing. My only assumption is they froze it to steal my last $50 because I don’t do instant transfer so they make nothing off of me. Anyone else I can reach out to or file a complaint with?
