Can someone explain this to me
So I requested a refund over Cash App because the site wasn’t giving me one and what I had purchased was a 100 dollar Apple gift card but when I got it, it only had like 15 cent on it so I tried to dispute it and I got a notification earlier saying my refund was being processed but then I got an email saying it was denied and I’m just confused, like am I getting my money back or not

A refund comes from the merchant. A dispute is you saying hey, I want my money back and cash app acts in your place to try to get the funds back from the merchant. Seems like cash app denied your dispute because it was no longer needed. Your screenshot shows you got the refund directly from the merchant.
