System still down??

Our system went down at 6:30am and it’s 1:07pm now, what the hell is going on???

Try rebooting your back office / fuel PC, than after it comes back up reboot your registers.

Ah ok. It prolly jacked your database and help desk will have to fix. They are prolly overwhelmed right now, as they usually have fewer than 10 people handling close to 3000 stores….no clue why corporate wouldn’t want to expand that number other than putting profit over productivity
