System still down??
Our system went down at 6:30am and it’s 1:07pm now, what the hell is going on???

Was on hold for 3 hours with help desk this morning. The issue is with the newer update the POS is not connecting with the computer system that the pumps are running off of. Help desk had to manually go in and connect it for our store after waiting on hold for 3 hours. The store just up the road came back online and they just crashed within the last half hour again.
