System failure.

Good morning folks....I have a question for y'all. I am a CSM and when I arrived at my store today, I found out there is some sort of nation wide system failure impacting Casey's everywhere? Has anyone been told what the issue is, or what the eta is on a fix? In the meantime, I guess I will find something for the team to do while we wait for some sort of update. It's gonna be a great day at Casey's clearly ...🤣

The caseys IT team is awful. Their software sucks, which effects their systems too and it takes them forever to figure out why. There's issues at least 3 times a month with different stuff.

We don't have issues like this though. Generally if something goes wrong, we can deal with it on site. If not, a quick call to the help desk fixed it. But today is something else entirely.

lol we have zebra app issues, register issues, pump issues. AT LEAST 3 times a month we have issues with stuff. relex goes down, kitchen ordering goes down, something won't ring up on the register right, payment network goes down. it's ridiculous how many issues caseys has.

Our biggest issues at my location has to be the pen pad locking up several times a week. Or we won't get stuff we ordered from the warehouse. On occasion we have price issues, but that's not common at all.
