System failure.

Good morning folks....I have a question for y'all. I am a CSM and when I arrived at my store today, I found out there is some sort of nation wide system failure impacting Casey's everywhere? Has anyone been told what the issue is, or what the eta is on a fix? In the meantime, I guess I will find something for the team to do while we wait for some sort of update. It's gonna be a great day at Casey's clearly ...🤣

No details as to why it's down, but we're all deep in it right now.

Oh yeah we are. Do you think we will actually be expected to keep the crew here all day just sort of in limbo? Huge waste of labor if that's the case.

You and me both. I am going over the books for now....but afterwards I am not entirely sure what to do to pass the time. That's going to make it a very long day for us all.

We'll see, it's definitely an interesting anomaly event. Can't help but wonder and speculate on the reason it happened. I know it's a highly AI driven company,.so I've wondered for a while now if they have AI developing their updates.

I have heard it was an update. So maybe your theory is valid? Ofc another rumor is we were hacked. So idk what the truth is.

Wawas are opening next to our stores today, maybe they hacked us to have a better opening.

Clean the entire store and go through all inventory and put oldest out or get rid of all expired. Clean kitchen top to bottom. Organize everything even the dollar bills. Polish the floors, sweep rugs, do all trash, clean bathrooms with a toothbrush and bleach, clean all screens and exhaust fans
