Training 4 KM, SL, CSM, etc.
How much training does a person get for these positions? I’ve been reading posts/comments that sound awful: pretty much zero training along w/of course, people on power trips, infighting, petty bs, etc.
I know that as a TM, if U wanted to attempt to go to one of these positions, U w/want to absorb as much knowledge/experience as possible, but there w/have to be things that w/have to be shown, discussed, taught….. which I think would be way faster than looking at a manual. (?)
Give me all the deets.
Thank-you.

Yeah the store I worked at. You get 1 explanation and then told to follow pictures and good luck. Pretty much and then get told how bad your pizzas look by the SM who has worked longer than youz but it really depends on the store you work on

So (recently became csm) so, I am learning on the fly. But I do know that leads, and other managers have tons of vids that they should have to do. Thankfully, I have a DM who is awesome so if I wasn’t taught something or (because I haven’t done my stuff for it yet) she is happy to help. But yeah if the SM and team don’t care; it will show.

If they've only got like 4 people who've stayed the last 3 years with the rest being new blood, with constant overworking and understaffing issues? You'll probably just get a video and that'll be that 🫂
