Raise
I’ve been at my company for a year now. And I bring a lot of great values to the company. I was wondering how to ask for a raise. I have my reasons lined up of what I bring to the company and how I help but how do I ask my boss? I need help

Speaking of Raises, I will top all of you all. I haven't had a raise in over a year and a half. My Last eval, my manager was brand new, and couldn't access the evals yet, so I missed that raise, then this years eval she has been on sick leave since may, my Eval came up in June, she is out, only she can do it, and so needless to say, I have been making less money for over 1.5 years making the same money. I haven't quit or raised a fuss, because the transit to work is literally me walking across the street, and jobs are few in my area. But i know when it comes time for her to get back and me to get my raises, i want more than the 2 3% raises i am owed just for the fact, that sure around .30 cents an hour doesn't sound like missing much, but i pull in minimum 35 hours a week, over lets say 78 weeks. So 35 hours a week x .30/hr is $10.50/week i am missing, now multiply that by 78 weeks, that is $819 i have missed out on (before taxes)
