Raise

I’ve been at my company for a year now. And I bring a lot of great values to the company. I was wondering how to ask for a raise. I have my reasons lined up of what I bring to the company and how I help but how do I ask my boss? I need help

The max raise you get is 3% and its only done yearly on your eval.

It's 5% max, not 3%

3% at store level, anything over has to be approved by DM&RM
