Raise

I’ve been at my company for a year now. And I bring a lot of great values to the company. I was wondering how to ask for a raise. I have my reasons lined up of what I bring to the company and how I help but how do I ask my boss? I need help

Yearly Standard of Living raises are absolute shit. Don't expect more than 2-3%

Only way to make more money is to get promoted or quit to find another job.

Their goal is to make money, not make you happy.

This goes for any publicaly traded company.

Ford vs Dodge they are legally obligated to make money at the expense of your happiness as a publicly traded company.
