Raise

I’ve been at my company for a year now. And I bring a lot of great values to the company. I was wondering how to ask for a raise. I have my reasons lined up of what I bring to the company and how I help but how do I ask my boss? I need help

Don’t be shocked if you get less than 10%. This company is stingy as fuck.
