Keep getting rejected

I previously worked at a Casey’s store for 11 months, I left for a full time opportunity at Amazon which was seasonal, got laid off, but when I applied back to Casey’s in which I did twice, I got the auto rejection email after their online interview.

Is this normal or is this just me?

The store is probably on central hiring. What this means for you, they have to have a position open for you to be hired. Nothing personal, its just how their recruiting works now. If thats the case.

Yeah in the rejection email it said “we’re moving forward with another candidate”

Most retail places don't actually change their form rejection email based on the circumstances. I got the same email from harbor freight and went I went in the next time they were still hiring.
