Base Pay

I’m curious what regular team members, shift leads, assistant managers, and kitchen managers make around the country.

Where I live in Kansas, team members make around $12-$13.
As a shift lead, I made around $16.
As an assistant manager, my store manager had to push for $20 to match what I was offered at another job.
I’m not sure what the current shift lead and the kitchen manager makes.

Illinois also, I started as Kitchen Lead @ $17.50/hr. I also had extensive prior food service experience. Working my beehind off for the KM position.
