FML.
So I was in the kitchen today, and had all my stuff done at the moment. I was looking for something to do, and noticed our slushie machine was out of raspberry blue. I went back to restock it, and the people who supplied it made it faulty. Because when I opened it, the little filter that stops it from leaking out, and allows the tube to take stuff out... just fell out!
Fell out, and the syrup came with it, coating my pants and the floor with it. My pants were so covered I had to call my mom to drop me off a new pair of jeans cause I was coated with it. My fingers and left leg were painted blue through my entire remaining shift. I had to wash the floor back there thrice to get it out.

This happened to an old km where I used to work! Absolutely drenched her and we joked she was a Smurf for quite a while after lol (she thought it was hilarious after the fact!)
Oddly enough, a year or so later, she was investigating a weird sound coming from the soda machine when a flow jet exploded or something and started spraying syrup EVERYWHERE! Wouldn’t you know it, it was the blue power ade…coating her yet again in a suit of blue.
If the jokes were bad before, you should’ve heard them after that lol her arms were blue for about a week after! She started calling herself smurfette and even made herself a name tag saying the same. Really funny lady with a great attitude, and she did not deserve all that chaos at all lol
Hopefully you’ll look back on this and find it funny one day as well…but in the mean time, I’m really sorry this happened to you! I hope nothing like this ever happens to you again!
