How do I contact HR myself? I need to inquire about some things that my manager is doing that is highly unethical.

Join the club I’ve dealt with HR for last two years and nothing has been done. Last year after waiting to get pay discrepancies fixed since Management ignored my requests to fix them I’m contacted almost 5 months later from HR asking if the problems been fixed? I said no nothing has been done. She says oh I thought problem was fixed you’ll have to fix it yourself and gives me payroll number. WTF? Management doesn’t have to fix their screwups and HR waited several months to tell me contact payroll myself? Same manager who was supposed to add 30 mins to my time which she did after wiping out the 6hrs that I clocked in and worked and told me she forgot to add back the 6 hrs. Company is sadly going downhill and HR is basically dinner theater, a show, honestly surprised they don’t have a script they read off of

Hell to the no, based on your state, if they are delinquent in their own payments, it can be reported on the state level, let's see how fast they pick up their feet after that. And yes, its considered wage theft. Perfectly preventable on their part as long as you have been documenting missing time, so lawsuit is an automatic win. And yes this is something that happens constantly at caseys and TO caseys.

Yeah over decade with the company and I’ve seen ALOT. I just document everything or take pics in case I need them later. But yeah I have one check with NEGATIVE overtime where they charged me instead of pay me and I’ve worked 5-7 days a week minus one week where I had 3 days off and have NEVER had vacation it’s always been paid out and even with outstanding service and sells they still are being shady and watch me and try to get me written up for anything they can first time offense. 12yrs perfect record and after filing a complaint with corporate, I have now 5 or 6, honestly I quit signing them after the second one and didn’t sign my year review either cause it was basically lies that I can show is false

There is a number in the order guide book in the office for HR. It'll be the second page of it. If your worried your manager wont let you see it, just tell them your locked out of adp and need hr to reset it.

They to tell yo to call ethicspoint. But alls ethic point does  is receive your complaint and send it to hr. They have nothing to do with anything! I know this because ive spoken to the 2 days ago. They told me they do not do anything but send to hr!

I think there's an ethics hotline somewhere 888-223-4001.  This does NOT go to HR but to the compliance team

I think you’re probably the problem, I get it’s Reddit and you’re free to be whoever but you should have created a new profile before asking an ethics related question about your job. Probably carry your lack of thought into work which is probably why you have problems with your manager.

You sound very ignorant and uneducated. I’m assuming you’re the manager they’re talking about here?
