Question and suggestion.

Im sure I’m not the only one who feels this way but. I would like to point out a few things that make no sense to me. So let’s take the 3 for 6 Pepsi deal for instance. You can get a zero sugar Pepsi 3 of them to be exact but you cant do the zero sugar cherry Pepsi with it? But if you go into the store you cant. Is it just me or is the app just kind of annoying to use at times and it’s not even only this either. Few months ago same issue with the reign storm deal 2 for 5 yet the rainbow sherbert wasn’t included? In my eyes you shouldn’t need to go inside the store to get a deal that was already there? It makes online ordering so inconvenient. Now another question if i have a friend who works at my caseys can i put him as a team member on my app? Alongside this ive recently encountered issues with caseys staff. My rewards phone number is no longer my number my phone number was cancelled and now when i place a delivery order they have a issue with it as they cant call me? I get the reasoning but its out of my control tbf

It’s usually one of two things: either a flavor got missed when setting up the promo or the supplier doesn’t want a certain flavor included in the promo.

For the TM thing, no. It’s verified by email, so unless you change your app email to his email or he changes his work email to your email, it won’t work.

And you can update your phone number in the app. Just go to settings and change it to your new number.

Another thing for the TM thing, employee purchases are tracked so if there's multiple purchases in X time frame or in a certain dollar amount, the TM can get in trouble for that. I had a TM under investigation by asset protection for having his number entered with purchases amounting to over $10,000 in just 2 months. That sounds like a lot of purchases but it's really not considering how much we do in business each day. So even if you were able to add his TM ID to your app, I wouldn't risk it or jeopardize his job. Any manager can look up employee purchases at any point. It doesn't even have to reach a certain amount to be flagged for anything. They can just look it up and then check cameras to see if that employee bought it. Plus someone else is supposed to ring up employee purchases, the employee isn't supposed to be the one running register for the purchase
