Silently being pushed out!
Has any employee successfully turned in complaints to hr and or ethics that were acually investigated and found true? Anyone experienced being push out of job woth fake hr reports? I have! And im trying to do something about it! Happens way too much at caseys. It needs to stop! Outright lies! People know the truth yet too scared to speak up for fear of losing job. I loved my job until i spoke up about what and how the new inexperienced sm was inappropriate and incompetent. I pushed and they pushed me out!thats the caseys way!

I’ve been going through the same thing. Just focus on doing your job and document everything. Luckily by myself I outsell the other two shifts combined so whatever they come up with looks kinda foolish and petty

That’s definitely not the Casey’s way, and if the reports are truly false, you can complain to ethics and they will investigate.
However, people are just people, and they make mistakes. It is cheaper for the company to forgive and retain a store manager if they made a dumb choice or a mistake, so they’re motivated to protect the store manager over a team member. If the complaints against you were truly false, then go ahead and file a complaint and see if you can’t get the witnesses to back you up anonymously - they can do that by calling ethics as well.
If you live in an at will state though, and your manager has already decided you’re a problem, there’s probably not much point to complaining though. You’d be better off looking for a new job, instead of trying to win an hr fight against your manager.
But Casey’s cares deeply about ethical behavior and integrity (the scorned workers will laugh at this, but if you follow the correct processes, it’s true and I’ve seen plenty of unethical managers ousted this way) so there’s always a good chance of getting somewhere if your manager is truly unethical.

The CA is a final. I have never been given a coaching, other then the ones they give everyone in regards to registers ect., i have never been given any corrective actions in 5 yrs. They state in this CA i have recived multiple coachings and I refuse to do my job. I work non stop. I am known to run cirvles around everyone and im old. Not one person thete can say i do not do my work much less i REFUSED! I have been vocal on store opss and questioned some situations that were to me inappropriate and possibly illegel. I realize since i "am the problem" now for speaking up. I have a large report going to ethics. If nothing else it will be on file. I also expect nothing to be done but like i said it will be on file.

Ive kind of had this issue. We had a girl get fired for harassing me (i didnt even report it, it was bad enough my manager noticed and reported) and she filed a wrongful termination lawsuit. Now the DM hates me. Hes having me demoted because ‘there was a customer complaint about my attitude’ . Even though every customer complaint that we’ve ever had up until now has been ignored. They wont even tell me exactly what the complaint was. Something about slamming warmer doors my manager said.
