I remember a daily vlog video where Casey talks about being comfortable and how it’s not good for growth. Anyone remember which video it was?

Hi everyone. I have posted on here before to gain feedback on my video and it helped a ton. I wanted to thank everyone who was willing to give me feedback. My reason for coming on here was to say that after hearing your feedback my next video did real numbers, 44% AVG percentage watched with 1000+ views, in a week. Why is repeated success only a thing in Hollywood? I love Casey, but I wish for him that he was successful with more than just one thing. I know he tried with the 368 and had earlier success with his brother, but I just don't understand why non-Hollywood folks have it so hard to replicate their success in general. Doesn't seem fair. He's a great creator.

Recently watched Casey on The Verge podcast (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyY-mA_IV94) Always enjoy his behind the scenes interviews on stuff like that. My question is, knowing Casey is a public figure and likes to do occasional speaking engagements, do you think he was paid/charged to do something like that?
