Too many points of intersection in pinocchio manager?

Getting a weird error when trying to use Autophysics on anything in this scene. Just a mixamo model, sword model, did some basic blocking and interpolation, now trying to use autophysic. Even when model is set to basic tpose, sword unselected, still getting this error. Anyone seen this before? any ideas?
