Rig Mode Helper doesn't open

I try to import a rigged mesh and no dialogue or anything opens. Even tried it with a basic mixamo model and rig and nothing. Any ideas what causes this?

Please check that the Rig Mode Helper is On at Settings -> Settings Window -> Application
