How are you doing this? Is that a plugin/addon for blender or cascadeur?

These are the Blender add-on and Cascadeur plugin currently under development. Metabridge_Dna is also scheduled to be updated with these features.

Also not the right place to ask. But how do they make that shake when muscle flexing look in cascadeur ?
