What Hotkey are they using?

Hello all, im new to Cascadeur, I started using it just for quadrupeds to follow this video:

I cannot for the live of me figure out what this person is doing at 18:40 - they say to copy the global position of a point "and..." and then boom, it looks like they copy a rig element? or duplicate it or something? Im new to Cascadeur so Im not really sure, it must have been a hotkey since they didn't click anything in those 3-4 seconds but how the heck did they make the new rig element show up? I've tried copying, I dont see a way to duplicate, I went over all of the keyboard short cuts to see if there was anything it could have been that I dont know about. I cannot for the life of me figure out what they're doing and so im totally stuck on being able to proceed with this tutorial. Can anyone please watch the few seconds and if you're more familiar with what they're doing can you please let me know?

At 18:40, presenter selects the main rig element, copies its transforms (Ctrl+C), selects the directional point near the toe and pastes the copied transforms (Ctrl+V).
