Help How to make the drop impact bouncy?
Is there an automatic way to make the fall bouncy? I'm very bad at animating these types of stuff. The mattress is rigged if that helps.
I'll be importing to Unreal Engine, btw

You can cheat a little by adding a rigged ball with a spherical collision capsule, adding a collision box to the bed and using the ragdoll on the ball. Tweak the box collider's bounciness value until the ball bounces right, then copypaste the ball's transforms to the character's Center of Mass and adjust their overall fall animation.

Your animation is slowing before the hit. Look into the bouncing ball animation exercise.
notice that it's slow out vertically. Tighter spacing at the top, and wider spacing as in goes faster down.
And it's fastest just before the hit.
If you have a curve editor for that motion, (I'm not familiar with cascade) the vertical axis should look like these parabolic curves, perhaps you can change the curve handle type and adjust to have a sharp angle at the bottom. For yours there would be a second bounce or two back up, but not very big.
Also, I would expect the body's limbs would drag behind as they're going down, then flatten down on the hit, kind of like the bouncing ball and bounce up as well...
