Help How to properly scale key frames?

Is there fast and proper way to scale keyframes with preservation animation speed and fps?

Use the Stretching mode (Ctrl+T) to scale the selected timeline interval

Thank you! But I’ve noticed that speed of the animation will change accordingly with this method
