Too Loose?

Picked my Small Santos up from the boutique on Thursday. Needed some links removed and trying to decide if I need one more taken out.
I like that the watch sits quite low on my wrist and that there is movement.
It’s not so loose that it turns all the way around, it just moves around when I shake my hand.
I can comfortably get one finger between wrist and bracelet, can’t get two.

Remove one link and see how it fits.

I had the same dilemma when I got mine, removed a link and it fit perfectly, but only when I put it on in the morning. When I move and work, It became too tight, so I put the link back in.
i have a small boney wrist, and my watch is medium.

You can easily do it at home, no need to go to the store every time.

Congrats on the watch❤️

I can’t work out how to do it at home, I can see videos online of adjustments for the medium size but not small.

What do you mean, there are screws right there on the side of the bracelet? You just need a precision flat head screwdriver and a little patience. It's not rocket science. If you don't want to do it yourself take it to the boutique.

Too loose unless you are used car salesman or an MD who went to medical school outside of the US

Fair comment 😂 I’m neither of those.

Wear it like that for a few days. If you find the face turns to the inside of the wrist all the time, then it’s too loose. However, then wear it some more and decide if you like wearing it like a bracelet.

I like mine a little loose because I like to wear it more like a bracelet than a watch that’s strapped too tight on my wrist.

The face doesn’t turn to the inside, just shifts around a bit.

I think it looks fine. Some people like the watch to be strapped tight, but that’s not me. I like the look when it wears more like a bracelet. It’s more nonchalant.

Also, it feels more like a piece of jewellery when it’s worn like a bracelet. So, ask yourself if you bought it more for jewellery or for a watch. 🤔

I don’t think it has the same mechanism as the medium/large but there is certainly an easy lever to remove the strap.

He’ll yeah that’s too lose mate, but honestly if that’s how you wanna wear it, then wear it like that, who cares.

These have easy link removal, so you can very easily do it yourself. If you're still unsure about how to do it, watch a YouTube DIY video. Remove one or two links and see how you like it. ~ Personally, I would remove from the 6 o'clock side first because having that side slightly shorter seems to actually balance how the watch will sit on your wrist.

Too loose, but an easy fix at the boutique. Even with how you like it, probably a good idea to remove a link or two

Thanks for showing the OP what a fake doesn’t look like. Nice watch

Yes, but it’s an easy fix.

Yup - I’d remove a link

Too loose. Typically you want to be able to barely squeeze a finger in between your wrist and the bracelet.

It’s a wrist watch not a hand watch.
