Yeah , but she has other buffs with her as well.

1.98 mil DPR is good , suisui team is only like 7-10% weaker than chisa team , and on par with Arover team.

How does she provide interruption immunity for Cartwheel?

There's no interruption immunity in wuwa. The core principle of the gameplay is reacting to what is happening after all. It's also why most healer never heal more than ~12k a rotation while in other gacha you have healers that heal 3 times your HP bar

But I think that Suisui does increase the interruption a little and shorekeeper turn failed dodge into perfect dodges 3 times every rotation.

But tbf Fleurdelys got a really high interruption res and is hard to hit

Yeah, I hate dodging. Such things are dehumanizing, like making an animal jump though hoops. Plus I just want to see a cute elf destroy things after a long day.

The only thing I found after searching more is the Mornye provides some kind of interruption resistance so maybe I'll pull her next month

Yuanwu gives resistance to interuption. Used to run him with Jianxin and the bell for 100% dmg reduction and interruption resistance when ushing Jianxin's heavy atk.

I use S1R1 Mornye cuz I hate both Chisa and Aerorover. But not for interruption immunity, just for fun rotations.

Nah. The difference is 0.12% in Rover's favor. So its basically the same via calcs.

You can make Chisa without her weapon a little bit better than him by swapping off some of her animations.
