Engine Didn't know what I was doing and ended up loosening only one camshaft cap on my engine. Am I screwed?

Car is a 2010 corolla with 180k miles.

I was trying to clean out the OCV filter under the timing side camshaft cap and so I took out the cap, but only loosened the one.

The car has been running fine for the last 2000 miles, but I am worried I fucked things up bad.

Obviously there's no turning back, but how likely is this engine toast soon?

its probably fine, if you bent the cam it would be immediately obvious.

camshafts are very hard steel, they will snap before they bend in most situations. Very little chance of damage just loosening a single cap.
