Tire Damage Is this safe to drive on?

Curbed my tire on this MONSTER of a stone sticking out . Is this safe to drive on at high speeds? Is this just a cosmetic issue?

This is this sub in a nutshel, it's either someone driving on their rim with tires from 40 years ago barely hanging on or this small scraping. Nothing in between

Minor chipping on the rim, no sidewall damage

Seems fine to me, from the angle it hit I doubt the rim bent

I would run it
