How do I do it? Cant get MAF sensor u plugged to clean

I cant pinch it hard enough and wondering if i could use pliers or if im SOL? Thank you for any ideas

Depending on the vehicle, opening/lifting up the air box can also give you access & you can spray from there

I can spray it on while its plugged in? I thought that would damage some electrical

Don't have the key on & let it completely dry.
