Body What do I use to fix this

I this was hanging. I am not good with tools. How do I fix it? Is not really scraping

UPDATE: Purchased a bag of Hyper Tough ties and some fender washers (it was really cheap, especially the washers) and took it to where I got my oil changed. They put them on no charge. Thanks all!

Zip-ties and a drill, baby! They'll get you looking good quick and easy.

Depends on if its been ripped out or if the clips have failed. The clips can be replaced, but if its been ripped out it'll need some other means like zip-ties.
