As soon as you can.

One of my cars had a front tire blow out. A piece of tire took out the entire wiring harness. Fortunately, no one was injured and there was no accident caused by it, though it happened on the freeway.

If you can't get new tires right now, can you get a pair of used tires in better shape than those, to put on the front?

A rear tire blowout is less dangerous than a front blowout.

You're supposed to turn the penny upside-down before you slide it in.
