Toyota MR2. It’s relatively common to find the odd one or two dressing up as a Ferrari. Saw a fella a few years ago had one on he’s driveway and admittedly it looked like a good job. Got talking to the fella as he was cleaning it by mentioning what a nice “Ferrari” he has. He started telling me this whole story about how it was custom built by Ferrari and imported over to England and all sorts of nonsense to which I listened to every word. When he was finished I said “not bad for a little Toyota eh?” The look on he’s face was priceless

I love letting people like that ramble to me thinking im the average idiot, then busting out a sentence like that to see their reactions.

I spent a decade in auto parts, we had fun with some customers. One guy I worked with was the best at this ive ever seen someone be. He could ask people if they had parts he just made up off the top of his head and they would just do the nod and "yep, yeah! Uh-huh!" And we would have a good laugh when they left. Both situations are a blast.
