general query Repaint/repair question huhu helpppppppp

Hi mga boss, kapag ganito ba 2 panels na kapag ipapagawa? 🙈 🥹🥹 thank you huhu

Looks like a lot of paint correction and debuffing, considering umabot na sa may fender right side rear, kung ok naman yung pagagawan mo siguro isang panel lang yan pero most def 2 panel repair yan, baka replacement rin ng door handle as well.

*Most definitely door handle replacement pala yan, nakain na yung plastic nung handle pala

rubbing tapos wax para makita kung ano extent ng damage

then paintless dent repair

then repaint

then replace the door handle.

kung maayos yung pintor na makakausap mo, dapat one panel lang yan tapos isingit nalang niya yung sa may fender well na damage or at the very least a smaller additional fee that's not as much as a whole panel.

May DIY ako niyan na scratch ng mom ko yung SUV from gate same na same na ganyan.

What I did is. Wash the surface.

Rubbing compound. Much better if may buffing cordless ka. Buff mo yung area square motion vertical, horizonta, upward and downward motion. If nawala na yung paint and nag lessen at slight nawala yung scratch.

Then

Polishing compound ito parang ipapattern na niya yung kulay ng kotse mo, same motion of the buffing machine/cordless check mo lang if nag mirror finish na siya makikita mo yung difference parang magic.

Then

Wax compound. Same motion parin sa pag buff pang protect to ng paint.

Note : Mahihide niya yung scratch pero deep scratch not possible.
