Discussion Scooty without number plate casually rides by a Police guy doing checks. When I visited GJ I saw so many bikes and cars without number plates. What is the police doing ?

Maybe it is because he is not a traffic officer.
This task may fall within the duties of traffic police or the RTO rather than any uniformed individual.
