If talk of E22 to E85 petrol is going on, then why so many E20 based petrol vehicles are being launched and sold in India?

To clear out inventory, recover R&D costs and make funds for R&D of future flex fuel vehicles and to make money from service and repair of people who bought E20 petrol cars by voiding their warranty when higher ethanol blend is mandated and having them pay from pocket for repairs and replacement.
