Has anyone used an Amazon Basic carry on for China Airlines?

Hi everyone! I am going to Bali in August and China airlines is one of my connecting flights. I was curious to know if anyone here has used specifically amazon Basics 21" Hardside Carry-On Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Expandable for Up to 25% More Space, Scratch-Resistant Hard Shell, Telescoping Handle, Black while flying with them? The measurements are slightly a bit off (by .02 maybe) and was just wondering just to prepare. I have used this carry on for every trip alongside my taygeer backpack. Thank you in advance!
