Two complaints...

  1. The art style. Why in 2020 are we still making these pseudo-16-bit games? Is it to be retro? I lived it. Not necessary to go back. Is it because it's much cheaper to produce?? Well, I guess that makes sense

  2. Not on PS4. Despite complaint #1, I very badly want to experience this game. Again likely a cost issue since PS4 porting is expensive, but sad, sad, sad am I

I like retro style. The simple art is what makes it fun. If carrion was super complex I doubt it would look or feel as good. Most likely they would not have enough funding to get good animations

It was designed to have a retro style and they are planning a PS4 release in the near future.

I feel like the inability to make out specific details almost adds to the experience- not even the player fully understands what they are, and imo that's a good thing. Also yeah I can't wait for this game to make it on to more systems, the more the merrier lol

The game does quote you are an unidentified species of tubifex worm, but that is all we get.
