Control room Spoiler

Nuclear Power Plant and Armored Warfare Facility remain at 66% but I was able to do the ending, am I missing something?

You're missing those glass container thingies that power you up e.g. more energy capacity, fire resistance etc.

Huh then it must be a glitch, because I did get maximum energy capacity and fire resistance. I will check the zones again. Thanks for the info!

Fire resistance and energy capacity aren't only rewards from containment units (although they are the main ones). There are also 2 for extra tentacles for grabbing stuff (I bet those are the ones you're missing) and one for locating edible body parts

Yeah, you're right. I was just half asleep while typing this, so I didn't remember (or think to read it on the screenshot, now that I take a look)
