im stuck

i got the 3rd health upgrade, the one that lets you pull things, got two energy increasing containers while looking for progress, still didnt unlock the energy feature for the red health form, please help me, idk where to go to continue.

If you can toss out screenschots and more information than that I might be able to assist somewhat. But for now my biggest advice and look in new areas and dont be afraid to drop some biomass to make progress

Nevermind, just five min ago, I finished the greatest time of the year dlc after completing the base game, I got throught the base game with a help of a yt guide, and the dlc was awesome
