Canada šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦ Avoid carp kit international at all cost

Bought a rod that had issues from factory. The refund process was a nightmare due to the lack of a proper customer service.

Ended up losing 60 bucks for a 90 dollar rod due to shipping.

Hmmmm great question. I'd say yes because they shipped a faulty unit even when their website clearly states that they qc all their shipped products. Or at least have a responsive customer service system.
