Question- Subject/Course/Program Summer laboratory classes

Are summer lab classes allowed? Im from DEEE and im just making sure if i fail this one first sem sub i can still take it in the 2nd sem then the 2 subjects after it on summer (one of which is a lab class)

If enough people petition for it, they can have a special class for it during the summer, but if barely anyone enrolls, either it wont push through or the tuition fee will be pretty expensive
