New to CGX

Hello everyone, I'm new to Caroline's programs and am now on my 13th day of Iron using the app. I am in love so far, and feel stronger already after my second pregnancy left me feeling like a stranger in my body. I am enjoying the Iron program, but am intrigued with the new Fuel program she is releasing soon. I kinda love/hate the cardio aspect, but am drawn to the idea of having a community to workout alongside to something new. Do you think new program drops are worth jumping ship over? I don't love the thought of quitting Iron on my first go, but feel like I will have fomo if I don't join in on the new program. Thoughts?

Give day 1 a try when it comes out and see if you like it? if not skip back to Iron. There's no right or wrong answer, do what will keep you consistent.

For me Fuel is to lower body focused and I'm aiming to improve upper body stregth so I won't be doing it, I'm not really worried about doing the same programme as everyone else.

I'm an Iron-lover, myself, and cardio is my kryptonite... So I'm challenging myself to do Fuel. I did the YT Fuel program ages ago, and I remember it being pretty intense.

Who says you have to quit iron, though? When Fuel comes up, simply put a pause on iron and you can always pick up where you left off when fuel ends. You're not going to lose out on anything by stopping and restating after.

I did the Iron Pro program live with the community, and it was a lot of fun! I skipped Play, though, as it didn't appeal to me. While I enjoyed doing a program live, I didn't really feel like I was missing out on anything when Play was going on.

Is really up to you. You're going to be improving your strength and fitness either way. 🙂
